How do I earn points?
For each successful donation, you will earn points to redeem gift cards from our community partners
- Whole blood = 500
- Plasma only = 500
- Double Red Cells = 1,000
- Platelets = 1,000
What happens to my current points?
Your current points will remain the same!
Do my points expire?
Donor rewards points expire 12 months after blood donation inactivity. As long as you make regular donations, your points won’t expire.
I donated yesterday but my points aren’t showing up.
Donor store reward points may take up to 48 hours to show up in your profile
How long will it take to receive my reward?
Processing of your donor rewards may take up to three weeks.
Make sure your contact information is up to date and correct
This includes: Address, Phone Number, and email address
How many gift cards can I order at one time?
Donors may order 4 gift cards per month.
You're sold out of the item I wanted. Will you get more?
Donor store items are available on a while supplies last basis. But don't worry! We will restock periodically! If you wanted an item that is sold out, please contact Tammy Kubiak and she will put you at the top of the list to receive the items you requested once items are replenished.
