| Essential Functions: |

Places calls to blood donors and patients for appointment scheduling, bloodmobile recruitment or appointment reminders.

Receives incoming calls and handles appropriately.

Utilizes blood bank computer system to access donor call lists and to enter donor and patient appointments.

Receives information regarding changes to donor information record. Makes appropriate blood bank data base entries.
-
Meets established recruitment goals and standards.
